DRVX Associate Terms v1.0 DRAFT

1. What this is

The DRVX Associates scheme lets you introduce people and businesses to DRVX and earn a one-off reward when they meet the rules below. You get your own referral link and QR code. Joining is free.

Your associate type: Both (DRVX LTD agency and DRVX Transport). Refers drivers, businesses that need agency drivers, businesses that book transport, and haulage/courier partners.

2. You are self-employed

• You take part as an independent, self-employed person. You are not an employee, worker, partner or agent of DRVX.
• You cannot make promises, agree prices, sign anything or bind DRVX in any way. Only DRVX decides whether to take on a driver, customer or partner, and on what terms.
• You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance on any rewards. DRVX pays rewards gross (no tax taken off). If you are VAT registered, tell us before your first payment.

3. The rewards

• DRVX LTD, Refer a driver: £25 once the driver has finished full onboarding (all checks and documents approved) and completed their first full shift (timesheet approved).
• DRVX LTD, Refer a business that books drivers: £100 once the business has had 30 days since its first booking and at least £1,000 of invoices paid.
• DRVX Transport, Refer a customer (book your load): £100 once the customer has been active 30 days and has at least £1,000 of jobs paid.
• DRVX Transport, Refer a transport company or partner: £50 once the transport company has been vetted and signed off, and has completed its first job (trial passed) and the customer has paid for it.

• One reward per referred person or business.
• The first associate to refer someone gets the reward. A referral counts when the person or business signs up or books using your link or QR code (we remember your link on their device for 90 days), or when DRVX links them to you by hand.
• People and businesses who are already DRVX drivers, customers, clients or partners (or who applied before) don’t count.
• You can’t refer yourself, your own business, or anyone using your email, phone number, bank account or company number.
• DRVX checks and approves every reward before it is payable. We may reject a reward and will tell you why.
• If a referred customer’s payment is refunded or charged back within 30 days, the reward is cancelled; if it was already paid, we take it off your next payment.

4. Payment

Approved rewards are paid by bank transfer every month, by the 14th of the following month. We pay into the UK bank account you give us in the Associate area. You can see each referral’s status, and your pending, approved and paid rewards, in the Associate area. Rewards are a thank-you for the introduction only.

5. How you may promote DRVX

• Only share your link with people you know, or post it on your own social media. No spam: no bulk or cold emails, texts, calls or messages to people who have not asked to hear from you.
• Follow UK data protection law (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Don’t give DRVX anyone’s personal details without their permission; it is better to send them your link.
• Don’t make misleading claims. Don’t promise work, pay rates, prices or delivery times, and don’t say you work for DRVX. Use DRVX’s own wording and websites.
• Don’t bid on DRVX names in online ads or set up websites or social media accounts that look like DRVX.

6. Fraud and withholding

DRVX can withhold or cancel rewards, and close your account, if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, a self-referral, fake sign-ups, spam or a breach of these terms.

7. Changes and ending

• DRVX can change the rewards or these terms, or end the scheme, by giving you at least 30 days’ notice in the Associate area or by email. Referrals that qualified before a change are paid on the old terms.
• You can leave at any time by telling us. We pay any rewards already approved.
• DRVX can end your membership with 30 days’ notice, or straight away for a serious breach (section 6).

8. Your information

We use your name, contact details, bank details and referral records to run the scheme and pay you, as described in the DRVX privacy notice (www.drvx.co.uk/#privacy). Bank details are stored encrypted. You only see limited information about the people you referred (name, status and reward), never their contact details or documents.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
